Requires full installation of pDRAW32 (or other VB 5.0 program) in order to run.
Since revision 1.1.46 (April 8th 2002) pDRAW32 has also been able to produce sequence independent plots.
As opposed to PlasmidPlotter, pDRAW32 can export these plots to Enhanced Windows Metafiles (vector graphics)
and will eventually support a number of different annotation styles.
This is an old version
of pDRAW32. It generates plots based only on user input and does not read
or analyze DNA sequences. User interface could use a refreshment (and may
get it) but this is a program version that had long been abandoned until
someone requested the functionality to generate plots without knowing the
sequence.
