I recieved the exact same letter and gave them a call, they told me that they would send me a form to fill out and that the funds would be in my account within 5 working days of them getting the completed form. I have tried twice to reply to the email, but it is always returned, hmm seem strange??? I even asked if it was a scam and got an answer that seem indignent at the least and I was asured that this is not a scam. I am interested in just how they scam, do they ask you to pay money first? or what? I have looked all over the net but the only thing I can find is the actuall letter but nothing more. I have received te same letters up to a request for my SBS number & A/C number, which I assume will be the next letter to come. I have gone along with the requests,to date,in case the offer were real. Havine read a number of the other cases already, I now feel that this is a further Scam as were the others. I will allow the next request to come before I tell them to go peddle their wares elswhere. How did they get my Email address in the first place?. It seems that I am only another sucker that they trying to filch, but as they have not as yet declared them selves, I would like to allow the obvious request to come from them before I tell them to go to Hell.

Kia ora koutou (Hello to all in Maori) This is my perception to how SCAMSTERS scam. They TARGET the world based on their belief systems that people will fall for their idea...They then come up with this, I Quote: 'UNlUCKYDAY LOTTERY INT.' an 'Attention Getter' to better their chances...With very low key data to support themselves, they're only going to run themselves up against a dead wall. For obvious reasons, they are not at all professional in what they do...They think they are, but they can not know how to cover up their acts very well. No!...If you are living in the business world and you practice what you preach, then you are demonstrating Good Customer Services, Producing documention of your Policies and Procedures, proof of all legal requirements and further more quality assurance. So let's all get back to the real world and go help somebody help themselves!

And the lump sum pay is less important than untouchable... How can it be possible, if it's a true lottery ? ;) One thing again : If there's only annualy, it's not possible there's two winners in second place, one mounth later !!! That's a proof it's a scam, in fact ! I insist : the numbers can't be the same !!!.. Thank you for reading (and excuse me if my english isn't good) ! Goodbye !

I recieved the exact email on October 13th with a due date of October 24th. I've noticed from reading the forum comments that Mr Krum's email keeps changing. hmmm. Also, I noticed on another site regarding internet fraud that Mr Krum doesn't always call it SPINLOTTO, he also uses "FROM LUCKY DAY LOTTERY INTERNATIONAL" His Lawyer, John Blake is requesting "Nine Hundred and sixty Euros" for the notarization of my supposed winnings. I wrote him back saying "Send me the million dollars I've won and I'll give you three times your fee. It would be silly for me to pay a service fee for something I have no proof of"....haven't heard from him since.

This is most apparently a scam as so many people have received the same or near same emails. I responded to the original email and stated that this had better be legitimate as I am a member of military intelligence for the United States Army. I have not heard a word from them since. Please do not be taken by these thieves!

I posted sometime last year & thought I’d check on how many others have nearly fallen victim since…well, that & I’m bored To Mira: hate to break it to ya, but at this point even if you have every proof possible, that still would not do you any good. Consider it a loss. Put it this way, even if we send the police, FBI, CIA, & every military branch out to the Netherlands – Amsterdam to zap the hoax, we would still come up empty-handed. The US gov washes its hands for the same reason Kazaa P2P has remained untouched. Folks, we’re dealing w/ cons from another country. They are unfortunately out of our jurisdiction & they will continue to get away with it. Awareness is honestly the only resort which is why it is important to be extra careful in dealing w/ bank to bank wire transfers outside your nation. That pertains to every form of business such as product purchasing…..I feel sorry for those who have thrown away thousands of their hard-earned dollars for nothing.......hope that helped PS...the kiss is for the cons...lol

Me too. Got one tonight virtually word-for-word as everyone else has had. Like many who have written on this forum, we don't have a lot of money due to serious illness (my husband had a major heart attack last year which very nearly killed him, so he now works in a much lesser paid job as I do and my teenage son is a renal dialysis patient waiting for a kidney transplant). They said we had won $623,000. That type of money would make our lives a lot easier and I wonder how many people have been taken in by similar scams. The people who perpetrate these scams are nothing but scum who prey on people's misfortunes. Take heart though, folks, I'm a great believer in what goes around comes around

I received almost the exact message, the interesting part is my winning numbers, email ticket number, lotto code number and file ref number are exactly the same. I smell a definite scam. However, mine looked fishier as first the prize was high ($3,000,000) but it was in even dollar amount and it would seem the UK lottory would pay Euro which wouldn't convert evenly. Also I only got steps 2 and 4 listed to claim prize, where are 1 and 3. Lastly I know not to ever give out a copy of DL# or passport. good luck to all, and be careful.

I also recieved the same letter recently. I did not give them any infor maton like bank and SS number. I was told to give them information like address and phone number which is stuff you can get out of the phone book. I haven't heard them either. I think it is a sick joke to prey on hard working people. Someone needs to stop them

I receive not long ago that letter.
^_^ actually I am not over 18 years old.
I modified my profile so they think I am over.
It is weird for a company to not verify...
When it is written "Anybody under the age of 18 is
automatically disqualified"
It sure NOT automatically disqualified!
That prooves their security thinggy is very WEAK.
>_< I am not good at english grammar but even though, I can see stupid mistakes in the letter such as > riply < instead of Reply!
I have proceed to next step and got on the Proceed Fee = Pay before
If it was under 100$ it will be much more credibility to try but it was over 500$!
Don't play with human with sin.
Aren't we suppose to call police for this?? To have investigation on this.P.s: If someone got the price in hand, do not hesitate to tell me.

I received the same email. Can you believe that they also called me at home? They wanted me to send them 1000 $ to open a transit acccount for them to be able to make the money transfer(nonsense). THE OTHER OPTIONS WERE TO TRAVEL TO HOLLAND OR PAY THEM ONE PERCENT OF THE MONEY (5000$)IN ADVANCE TO SEND ME THE CHEQUE WITH INSURANCE (DUE TO TERROSISTS' ATTACKS)
The man who called is the claimed Mr Andrea Peter. He spoke in broken English for nearly half an hour explaining the steps I should follow to make the money transfer. These people are scamers but really stupid. They send the same email to everyone with slight change in numbers. I like the silly part where they write the address is: Amsterdam Holland. I wanted to have some fun. I wrote back that I sent them the money. LETS SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. I'm sorry for saber ans Mira. I was going to be fooled myself before I made the search. Hello I am from India. I too got this scam letters. After the first one i replied to them to see what they do. Does anyone remember the ADB Burkinia-Faso bank account scam? I also got one of those. But i searched on google and found out that it was scam. After that i am careful :D. I haven't yet given my bank id and anything except my email id(which they know as it is). And i have never done internet banking/shopping so no bank info in my mail id :D. Actually This letter was more convincing than the fraud ADB letter.
But i am into computer and network security, so i smelled a rat as it is. Also, looking at the headers tell u something interesting. And i guess that there is no need to complain cause i dont know if there is any law n netherlands against cybercrime like we have here in india. Remember the pune scam where bpo ppl stole money from american banks, but due 2 our laws and efficient pune police here, they were caught. Any netherland citizen can u please tell me if there r it crime laws in ur country. just curious. Bye and BEWARE

as a hobbie i enter alot of contest, but when i saw that i won a million dollars in my bulk folder i was a little taken back. i never enter in online lotties, i think there all scams. but this is from the UK and i'm in Canada, that's a dead giveaway it's a scam, and rule of contesting is if it requires a payment or credit card number, or any other personal info like social security number to claim your prize,RUN!!

These people should be locked up and imprisoned for messing up with people's minds. Imagine the riches they promise...beyond one's wildest imaginations...the hope, the dreams, etc. A scam that attacks the victim's psyche (and wallet)...must only be dealt with the harshest penalty and sanction.

Hi everyone. I really hated running across these posted comments, but more so relieved. I don't open junk mail and I read someone said that this promotion was in their bulk folder. Mine was in my inbox, which also threw me. There weren't any misspellings...I showed my husband for the heck of it. So he says there are a lot of people that think no way did they win, end up throwing their tickets. I wrote back the guy on this promotion and got another long letter. I don't fall for these things, but hey we all could have used a little spending money! Good luck to anyone that actually has the cash in hand...

I have also recieved an email about lucky day lottery international. They have said that I won 1 million euro. Then asked me to pay 375 pounds to have my certificate and cheque couriered to me. When I said that I thought it was a scam I got emailed a scan of the certificate and cheque and was told that he is an honest gentleman and he is telling the truth, then he gave me two options of how to pay the money. It all looks ok, so I said if he pays the courier I will give him 10 times the money when my cheque gets here. This was this morning I am waiting for a reply. Not really expecting one.

I got the same email basically. $500,000.00 is what I was offered. I went online to do a little research and typed in Andrea Peter walla.com. The following link brought up an INTERNET FRAUD ADVISORY site http://www.data-wales.co.uk/nigerian_lottery.htm It was pretty cool to get a "you've won" message. But how could I have won? I didn't enter. Always check. When ever ordering online, I check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Related link: http://www.data-wales.co.uk/nigerian_lottery.htm

Despite my rejections I have been receiving positive emails from my Fiduciary agent, which has enabled me to give out my personal details.

To all you people out there receiving these e-mails about winning thousands of dollars or even millions, please keep at least one thing in mind when reading this crap... "Did I even enter a lottery?. Chances are 9.9999999999999999999999 out of 10 you didn't it's a scam and a lot of you people are just putting your information out there on the net. Please people save yourself some grief and headaches. You obviously know how to use a computer.... GOOGLE THE COMPANY NAME FOR CRYING-OUT-LOUD.... it's a sure fire way to get some information on what your looking for. If not check with the BBB "Better Business Bureau" online of course and try to obtain the information you want. And if all else fails remember the basic rule of thumb "If it sounds too good to be true, It Probably is..." This was my first letter: From: "rene michel" <lottonet800@msn.com>
